Farid Kessaissia (فريد قسايسية), plus connu sous le nom de "Farid Rockeur", né le 24 juillet 1963 à Alger (quartier de Belouizdad), est un humoriste et comédien algérien .
Farid a commencé sa carrière artistique en 1985 à travers le film "Pour L’Amour De l’Algérie" et en concevant et réalisant des jingles pour l'émission de la radio Chaîne 3 "Local Rock" réalisée par Aziz Smati. Adepte du bon mot, excellant en joute verbale, c'est ainsi qu'il apparaitra à la télévision avec ses punclines, sauce Farid Rockeur, looké façon d’Elvis Presley son idole, dans l'émission culte taillée sur mesure pour lui et ses acolytes Kamel Dynamite, Samia Belkherroubi "Bled Music", toujours réalisée par Aziz Smati. Le ton irréverencieux du programme, mélant musique, culture, comédie, interviews caustiques fut une véritable révolution culturelle à la télévision algérienne dans sa grille de programmes destinés aux adolescents et jeune adultes. Mélomane, fin connaisseur de musique et culture rock, encyclopédie du rock, pop qui lui valurent son surnom, Farid pouvait disserter des heures entières sur les Smiths, Johnny Marr. Fervent défenseur de la spéficité de la culture algérienne et de la musique Raï, il adulait aussi Cheb Hasni, qui en était la synthèse parfaite et qu'il avait côtoyé. Mais aussi l’immense producteur de raï, Boualem Disco Maghreb et tant d'autres. Farid se déplaçait partout en Algérie pour échanger à propos de musique, cinéma, télévision, ce qui en faisait un touche-à-tout, à la fois, comédien, acteur, chanteur, animateur, cinéphile, collectionneur, producteur et même infirmier à l’hôpital Mustapha, où, il rendait service à bon nombre de patients du monde artistique et autres.

Il décède le 12 juillet 2021à Alger d’une crise cardiaque. Il est inhumé au cimetière Sefsafa à Alger. La ministre de la Culture et des Arts algérienne, Wafa Chaâlal, a salué, dans un message de condoléances, la mémoire du défunt, regrettant cette "immense perte pour la culture algérienne".
