Revenu un beau jour complètement transformé des dunes du Sahara, François-Xavier Prévot décide de tout quitter et de changer de vie à 41 ans pour arpenter le monde, transmettre et témoigner.
Devenu marcheur-photographe et accompagnateur par la Force des Choses, journaliste et conférencier engagé, poète et comédien, il parcourt depuis des milliers de kilomètres pour célébrer la Lumière, la Beauté des grands espaces et de ses peuples et nous faire partager sa passion de l'Aventure et du Dépassement de Soi, et sa vision de notre vie de tous les jours à travers l'image d'un Chemin.
"Vivre et marcher, c'est la même chose", aime-t-il à rappeler, d'un sourire entendu.
Avant d''ajouter :
"Celui qui montre le Chemin doit d'abord le prendre. Et, qu'on le veuille ou non, nous ne pouvons qu'avancer : ça tombe bien, il n'y a pas de limite..."
Des dunes du Sahara aux sommets de l'Himalaya, des rizières du Népal aux rives du fleuve Niger, des temples shintoïstes du Japon aux montagnes de Roumanie, il continue, inlassablement, d'explorer de Nouveaux Chemins et d'Ouvrir la Route...

Returning one fine day from a completely life-changing trip to the dunes of the Sahara, François-Xavier decided at the age of 41 to leave it all behind to travel the world and share his experiences through words and pictures.
Becoming by force of circumstance a trekker and photographer, poet and politically-engaged journalist, and an actor, he has since travelled thousands of kilometres to celebrate light and the beauty of wide open spaces and their peoples, and to share with us his passion for adventure and for pushing out his own boundaries and his vision of our everyday life using the image of a path.
"Living and walking are the same thing," he likes to remind us with a knowing smile, adding:
"Whoever shows the Way first has to follow it. And whether we like it or not, we keep moving forward: that's a good thing, there aren't any limits"
