Assia Boundaoui

Assia est titulaire d’une maîtrise en journalisme de l’Université de New York. Elle a travaillé en tant que correspondante pour la BBC, NPR, PRI, Al Jazeera, VICE et CNN. Son premier court métrage sur les salons de coiffure hijabi pour la série documentaire HBO LENNY a été présenté en avant-première au Sundance Film Festival.

Assia has a Masters degree in journalism from New York. She worked as as a correspondent for the BBC, NPR, PRI, Al Jazeera, VICE, and CNN. Her debut short film about hijabi hair salons for the HBO LENNY documentary series premiered at the Sundance Film Festival.
