The company recently co-produced the acclaimed miniseries The Summit, featuring Academy Award-nominated Christopher Plummer and Bruce Greenwood (for CBC and Canwest in association with Power Distribution), and the family film The Great Polar Bear Adventure (a co-production of Discovery Communications, CBC, SRC and France 3) that was nominated for an Emmy Award for Outstanding Family Special. Media Headquarters’ production of factual series – including globally successful original formats such as Modern Love (for W Network) and Outlaw In-laws (Slice, Style) – form a key part of the company’s programming. The company also produces award-winning documentaries and specials such as Le Mozart Noir (BBC, CBC), Douglas Coupland’s Souvenir of Canada (NFB), and The Four Seasons Mosaic (CBC).
