Cette nouvelle entité (née du mariage entre EUROPE IMAGES INTERNATIONAL et M5) constituera, dans le cadre de LAGARDERE IMAGES l’un des plus importants pôles européens de distribution audiovisuelle qui rassemblera un catalogue de plus 12 000 heures de programmes très diversifiés (fictions, long métrages, documentaires, animations, musiques, spectacles vivants) et bénéficiera du dynamisme et de la complémentarité des deux équipes réunies.
Son activité de distribution auprès de tous les opérateurs hertziens et câblo-satellitaires, ainsi que dans les domaines des droits dérivés, de la vidéo et des DVD sera renforcée tant en France qu’à l’international.

Europe Images International/M5, under the leadership of CEO Frank Soloveicik, is one of Europe’s largest television programming distributors.

Its catalogue of nearly 14,000 hours of programming includes the following genres: fiction, animation, documentaries, live performance and also feature films.

This diversity and richness is maintained by close partnerships with both French and foreign producers.

Thanks to its wide industry presence, distribution activities in France and abroad reach all areas of the marketplace (free-to-air, digital, cable) DVD and also new media (VOD, mobile phone…).

The international distribution of the documentary « Life before life », aired in prime time on French national broadcaster France 2, is a good example of Europe Images’ know-how and expertise. All media rights – TV, publishing, DVD, VOD, were sold throughout the world.

The acclaimed documentary « Callas assoluta », shot in HD and broadcasted on Arte to commemorate the 30th anniversary of her death, is another good example. This program was selected in foreign prestigious film festivals such as the 64th Mostra and the TIFF’07.
