In 2001 came "Drømmere"/"Dreamers", a portrait of Haitian painters, and in 2002 the poetic, minimalistic travel document "Nye scener fra Amerika"/"New Scenes from America", a continuation of the director's classic from 1981, "66 scener fra Amerika"/"66 Scenes from America".
