Being the producer of several feature and documentary films already, Oliver Stoltz founded Dreamer Joint Venture Film Production in March 1997, in Cologne, Germany.

In 2001 Dreamer Joint Venture moved to Berlin.

The company concentrates on the development and production of feature films and feature-length documentaries with a universal audience appeal as well as political impact.

Dreamer Joint Venture focuses in particular on new screenwriting and directing talents. Up-to-now the company has produced eight films, which have been screened at numerous national and international film festivals.

Their latest documentary „Lost Children », a film about former child soldiers in Nothern Uganda, won the German Film Award 2006 for „Best Documentary »and several international prizes.

In 2007 „Leroy », a comedy by Armin Völckers, will be presented in the theaters.

Dreamer Joint Venture is currently working on the preproduction of „How It Shines »after the novel by the famous German author Thomas Brussig.

Christin Stoltz was born in Hamburg/Germany. She studied history of arts and German literature at the local university. In addition she was trained as a media accountant and worked from 1994 – 1999 as production secretary and personal assistant manager for the managing directors in different projects for Zeitsprung Film & TV. Christin Stoltz is managing the office at Dreamer Joint Venture since 2000.
