Over three periods of her life, a grandmother keeps repeating to her grandson the same apparently trivial story.


A film about the relationship between a boy and his grandmother. The first time she tells him about the ugly scar on her arm, he is just a little boy. When she was sixteen she fell when playing on the rocks, and was rescued by the boy’s grandfather. When the boy grows up, the account changes unexpectedly, and together with her now grown-up grandson, the old woman reconnects with the true, rather shocking story of what really happened.

Om förhållandet mellan en pojke och hans mormor. När han är liten berättar hon för första gången historien bakom det fula ärret på sin arm, hur hon som 16-åring lekte bland klipporna och hur pojkens morfar räddade henne. Men när pojken växer upp, förändras historien i oväntad riktning och tillsammans når den gamla kvinnan och den nu vuxne mannen fram till den sanna – och ganska chockerande – berättelsen.
