« Wathinta abafazi, Wathin’imbokodo » (tu frappes une femme, tu frappes un rocher) est une expression couramment utilisée pour décrire la force d’une femme. Elle est utilisée pour décrire l’incarnation de la force que l’on trouve chez les femmes. Sizani, une fillette de huit ans, utilise l’ukuqoqisa – une forme de narration où les rochers sont utilisés comme personnages d’une histoire – pour raconter comment elle a été violée sexuellement.

« Wathinta abafazi, Wathin’imbokodo » (you strike a woman, you strike a rock) is a phrase commonly used to describe the strength of a woman. It is used to describe the epitome of strength found in women. Sizani, an eight-year-old girl, uses ukuqoqisa – a storytelling form where rocks are used as characters in a story – to tell the story of how she was sexually violated.
