La Docteure Constance Moumie, femme accomplie d'un milieu aisé, est prise au dépourvu lorsque son fiancé apparemment parfait, Sèyí Àjàyí, se fiance à une autre femme en direct à la télévision. Dévastée et animée par un mélange de vengeance et de colère, Constance se lance dans une mission pour s'immiscer dans la somptueuse fête de fiançailles. Elle perturbe l'événement, exposant la duplicité de Sèyí. Constance finit par retrouver sa dignité, transformant l'humiliation en une victoire publique qui lui vaut une reconnaissance inattendue.
