Yahyah Al Abdallah est né en Lybie en 1978 et a grandi en Arabie Saoudite.
Yehya Al Abdallah est Réalisateur, producteur et critique littéraire, avec une maîtrise en littérature.
Il a tourné huit courts métrages, dont Six minutes (2004), Talaween (2005) et Pummel (2008). Yahyah Al Abdallah a écrit un essai : Aliénation: Une étude analytique des personnages fictifs de Tahar Ben Jelloun. Yehya a également enseigné la littérature à la Baccalaureate School d’Amman. Son film, The Nice Grandmother a été présenté aux festivals du Court Métrage de Jerash, Carthage et Tanger. Son film Family Size a également été projeté au Festival de Carthage, tandis que Through the Eyes of Children était l’un des finalistes du Festival pour la Jeunesse, organisé par les Nations Unies et qui s’est tenu à Amman. En 2007, il commence à développer The Last Friday 2011, Jordanie), son premier long métrage.

Yehya Al Abdallah is a director and a literary critic with an MA in literature. He has made eight short films and written a critique entitled: Alienation: An Analytic Study of Tahar Benjelloun’s Fictitious Characters. Yahya taught literature at the Amman Baccalaureate School. His film The Nice Grandmother took part in the Jerash, Carthage and Tangiers Short Film Festivals. His film Family Size also took part in the Carthage Festival, while Through the Eyes of Children was a finalist at the UN Festival for Youth, held in Amman. He is currently developing his first feature The Last Friday.
