Emmanuelle est née à Paris en 1955, d’une famille aristocratique originaire d’Espagne, avec un passé, rempli de personnages illustres, comme son aïeul; le Maréchal Déodoro Da Fonseca, qui fut le premier Président de la République du Brésil; sa grand-mère, Solange De Fonseca, artiste peintre et dessinatrice de mode chez Coco Chanel; un père célèbre, dans le monde entier, DOUTA SECK, (Acteur de cinéma et théâtre), du Sénégal, avec quelques créations théâtrales à Paris (La Tragédie du Roi Christophe) et de nombreux Films tels que: Les Comédiens, avec R.Burton et Liz Taylor, Rues Cases Nègres, Amok, Pétanki, Le Mahabaratha de Peter Brooks, Productions Walt etc Disney..,et sa mère,Marie-louise VIDAL DE FONSECA (Ecrivain chez R.Laffont, productrice à la télévision Française et auteur pour des grands chanteurs de Negro-spirituals comme John William, John Littleton etc..)

1960: À seulement 5 ans, elle a commencé dans les théâtres Parisiens, et dans des émissions de radio et télévision produites par sa mère;

1968: elle a récité des poésies et chanté dans les Shows, où Michael Jackson et ses frères se sont aussi produits, sous le nom des « Jackson FIVE », Henri Salvador, MOUNE DE RIVEL, GILLES Sala, Bob GOMIS, MATT Samba etc..

1972: elle va, dans les théâtres de France, avec son groupe de Folk Song, de 8 éléments, interprétant le répertoire Joan BAEZ et Bob DYLAN, elle commence à apprendre la guitare et le piano.

1974: Elle a commencé une formation de chant lyrique, puis est rentrée dans l’Académie de Victor UPSHAW; elle en sort,en 1976, comme Chorégraphe de Jazz; en cette mène période, elle a enregistré ses premiers disques avec; MANU di BANGO et David ALEXANDER WINTER (OH,Lady Mary!); elle a participé, comme Ballerine, aux émissions de télévision CADET ROUSSEL, présentée par Guy LUX,; elle a chanté dans le Club de Jazz de l’American Légion, aux « Champs Elysée », accompagnée par le grand pianiste Bob VATEL; tournée de 3 mois en Tunisie, Algérie, Maroc, avec le groupe de Bonga, dansant, chantant, jouant de la musique Afro-brésilienne.

1975: lui est assigné par le Prof. Renée DARCOEUR, de l’Opéra de Paris, un prix de chant classique, avec mention: elle décide de former le groupe « Chocolat’s, qui remporte un succès mondial: « Brasilia CARNAVAL, (sigle d’ouverture de Ring -Parade T.V. pendant 2 ans), EL Bimbo, Rythme TROPICAL, La BAMBA, The MADRUGADA »(47 million de disques).

1976: elle a formé le groupe HOT SAUCE et elle enregistre comme soliste 3 L.P:
« That’s THE WAY, GETUP AND BOOGIE, FLY Robin FLY » et 2 Singles: « CONGA CONGA et VODOO DANCE »(39 million de disques); a enregistré un disque avec MORT SHUMMAN (Allo, Papa Charlie Tango!). Elle étudie le littérature Français Classique et Moderne et l’Anglais, plus d’autres langues, sa grande passion, Anglais, Espagnol, Portugais, Lingala, Swahili, Allemand, Italien,

1977: elle a formé un trio composé de trois vocalistes: « HURRICANE FIFI » avec René Parker et Christ Bale, ayant pour mangers, Jean-Paul Laleu et Katia Promotion, elle a enregistré un Album pour la R.C.A., sous le nom CHEERO et la chanson « Stop that man » (4 million de disques); tournée en Espagne de: Barcelone, Madrid, Toledo, Alicante, Benidorm jusqu’à Malaga.

1978: elle est partie pour la première fois en Afrique,à Kinshasa, pour monter en scène le show de: ABETI MASIKINI, Grande Chanteuse Zaïroise; puis, elle fut invitée comme chanteuse »Guest Sar » à enregistrer en duo, avec: ABETI MASEKINI, BONGA, CLAUDE FRANCOIS, John WILLIAM, KEMAYO, MANU DI BANGO, CERRONE (Love in C. minore, Super Nature),CYRIL REGINALD(au théâtre Bobino), Daniel GéRARD, Eddy John, FRANCIS BEBEY, David MARTIAL, Gérard LA VINY, GORDON HENDERSON, Démis ROUSSOS (T.V. Show des Carpentiers).

1979 : avec Jean- Claude Ako, elle enregistre avec la Baby Records de Milano, et Freddy NAGGIAR, l’Album « DIFFÉRENCE », avec le Hit « High Fly », divulgué en télévision et diffusé sur toutes les radios d’Europe: avec la Polydor et le compositeur arrangeur Slim Pezin, a enregistré l’Album « VOYAGE », dont le morceau « From. East to West », est devenu un autre succès mondial (121disques de platine); elle s’est produite pour la 1 fois en Italie, dans les transmissions de la R.A.I., à Rome, Turin, puis au Sandra Mondaini-Show;

1980: est appelée à chanter de nouveau au Zaïre, pour plusieurs concerts et show télévisés à Kinshasa, au théâtre et au stade du « 20 MAI », devant 60 000 personnes; tournée en Hollande et en Allemagne, enregistrant dans les studios de Munich et Francfort, avec les producteurs de Donna Summer, des Boney-M, quelques Hits pour la musique Disco?Elle change son Team, et prend 2 Choristes Danseurs, Stevie Aline et Polyett Bale, qui resteront avec elle pendant 7 ans!

1981 : elle a enregistré un disque, produit et composé par son mari KING JOE BALE, de reggae- music, et toutes les chansons ont été choisies par ENNIO MORRICONE comme colonne sonore de son film « DUR, DUR »; immédiatement après, en février, elle part pour des concerts de six mois, comme « Vedette Américaine du spectacle des PLATTERS, dans 17 pays d’Afrique; (C.Afrique, Cameroun, Zaïre, Guinée, Congo, Kenya, Nigeria, Togo, Bénin, Sénégal, Mali, Mauritanie, C.d’Ivoire, Maroc, Gabon, Tchad, Mozambique), avec groupe et ballet de 20 éléments; elle a été invitée à chanter au Palais du Président El Hadj Omar BONGO, à Libreville (GABON). Alors, avec les PLATTERS, elle est appelée chez SEKOU TOURE, Président de la Guinée, à se produire, dans les Stades et théâtres de Conakry, la capitale.
A la fin 1981, Emmanuelle a participé à AFRICAVISION, équivalent au grand EUROVISION, pour le continent noir, représentant le Sénégal, et retournant avec succès, à Libreville (GABON). Elle y rencontra son père, Douta Seck, sur le set du Film « Amok » de Ben Barka, en plein tournage avec Myriam Makeba.

1982: pendant 15 jours, Emmanuelle a été « Vedette » du Cirque de Hiver à Paris; avec OPHELIA et GORDON HENDERSON, 10 jours au « Théâtre de la Mutualité »; par la suite, elle a chanté aux Festivals de Berlin et de Koblenz;
Elle a participé aux émissions de télévision de STÉPHANE COLLARO;
En fin d’année, avec grande joie, est née sa fille KELLY JOYCE?

1983: elle tourne plusieurs vidéo-clips et participe à de nombreux shows avec son metteur en scène Jean-Claude COURRENT;

1984: elle a enregistré pour la CARRERE/HPH MUSIQUE « SOURIRE », se rendu compte parmi New York, Philadelphia et Londres, dans les Études de Paul MAC studios CARTNEY, (Odissey); a tourné en France, (Festival d’Antibes, Cannes, Paume – la Plage de Mountain-Charles, Luxemburg, Belgique, Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, Montpellier, Festival de Deauville, Toulouse, et dans tous les Châteaux de France

De 1974 Jusqu’à 1985, a été Invitée D’honneur Du » M.I.D.E.M » de CANNES!

1985: a enregistré un double album avec : YOUSSOU N’DOUR, (Nelson MANDELA)! Un autre double L.P est enregistré dans les studios Davout, avec
ALPHA BLONDY, (Brigadier Savary!); pendant un mois s’est exposée avec sa soeur LAURENCE DARPY, meneuse de la revue des « Folies Bergères », au Zénith à Paris, avec les musiciens de Bob MARLEY ( » THE WAILERS »), et ALPHA BLONDY?

1986: a participé à plusieurs Spectacles à travers tant de pays d’Europe, tels que: Espagne, Hollande, Belgique, Angleterre, Luxembourg, Allemagne, Danemark, Suisse, et dans les grands Stades de France.

1987: elle a décidé de venir habiter en Italie; y a rencontré Danilo Giuffré, son nouveau Directeur Artitisque, de l’Équipe de CLAUDO CECCHETTO, et elle enregistre l’Album  » Get yourself some money », chez B.M.G, Milan.

1989: jusqu’en 1995, elle interrompt son activité volontairement;

1993: sa deuxième fille KAIGE-JEAN est née, et elle est comblée?

1995: elle a réalisé le disque de L’AcquaFan, en Italie, « Midnight Lover »;

1996: Pour la Dance-Music, sort: « Lesson of Love » avec la M.B.G.diffusé en toute Europe?

1997-1999: elle écrit et elle enregistre en exclusivité pour la Promo Music;

Elle entre à la Société des gens de Lettres de France, avec son premier manuscrit, « Café Montparnasse ».

1999: elle se transfère à Londres avec ses filles KELLY-JOYCE et KAIGE-JEAN, pour les y faire étudier?

2000: retour en Italie, pour réaliser le projet discographique de KELLY-JOYCE et écrit la célèbre chanson » VIVRE LA VIE », chez la Universal music! Le grand succès de KELLY-JOYCE, les fait rester en Italie, se préparant à écrire les chansons pour sa fille.

2001: Succès dans toute l’Europe, pour sa fille, car;
Le C.D naît! « KELLY-JOYCE » avec les morceaux;  » Au loin de toi, Toits de Paris, Cherchez la femme, Doudou mwin, Avec l’Amour, Monde Noir, The Tree, et Vivre la Vie »; chez la Universal Music, avec Emmanuelle comme auteur..Elle a signé, comme chanteuse, un nouveau contrat record avec la Production » Blue APPLE » de Mario Secchi.

2002-2003: elle écrit un album important, arrangé et composé par de grands musiciens; E.RASTELLI, G.ZANCA, Alessandro SECCHI et Salvatore NASEDDU: « Meddley 70’s, El nuevo Cha-Cha, Si tu eres, Mi Carino, Fly High, Femme du Sahel, Parapapa, You need Love, Day by Day, « You and me », comme Single, inséré dans la compilation de BOBO Vieri, en été 2002, chez La Mélodica Records, Take me high, Another Story, Para papa?
Pendant de nombreux mois elle prépare le nouvel Album de KELLY-JOYCE, avec le producteur ROLANDO D’ANGELI, de la jeune Artiste, avec la Music Show à Rome, toujours distribué par la Universal Music..

2004: Emmanuelle a décidé de se consacrer à la carrière de ses deux Filles, Kelly-Joyce et Kaigé-Jean qui, à seulement 11 ans, promet la continuité de la dynastie.
Elle projète ; 2 Comédies musicales, avec sa mère Marie – Louise, un CD de Fables récitées et chantées par Kaigé, un livre sur la Saga des De Fonseca dans l’Histoire.

Le tout récent Single de KELLY-JOYCE, « C’est l’amour qui vient! », écrit par Emmanuelle avec les Compositeurs, Ennio Rastelli, Christian Piccinelli, et Lorenzo Sebastiani, est à peine sorti sur le marché Européen, suivi du C.D. « CHOCOLAT »! Nait une étroite collaboration avec un nouveau Team;Gian-Maria Flores, Lorenzo Sebastiani, produit par la Music Show et distribué par la Universal Music International…

2005: Le Printemps est une Révélation totale avec un voyage au Sénégal, avec le désir de se plonger dans les Racines Ancestrales, près de sa famille; et d’y rencontrer le Ministre de la Culture, Mme N’Diaye N’Diop et son chef de Cabinet Mor Fall, avec lesquels Emmanuelle et sa soeur Marie-Louise Seck désirene organiser un Mémorial unique dédié à la vie Artistique de leur père, le grand Acteur Douta Seck. La pensée est née ainsi d’ouvrir un Musée, avec une Fondation « Douta Seck », dans le but de soutenir les nouvelles générations d’Artistes, Comédiens, Ecrivains, Chanteurs, Danseurs, Musiciens, Artistes- Peintres, avec la collaboration de Joseph DIAKITé, Aziz GUEYE, et Ablaye SECK.
Cette nouvelle association fera naitre le groupe; » »El Cobra-Promotion-Dakar ».

Elle fit des rencontres avec des Artistes Prestigieux comme; Jacqueline Scott Lemoine (Comédienne), Lucien Lemoine (Ecrivain), Philippe Laurent(Metteur en Scène), Joséphine Zango(Comédienne), Le Général Ibrahima Gabar Diop(Maitre et Amant des Lettres), Joseph DIAKITE (Créateur du Theatre Sorano), Falilou Seck(Griot), Abdoul Aziz Sy(Metteur en Scène).

Emmanuelle is born in Paris in 1955, daughter of Arts, from an ancient Noble Family of Spain, with a passed full of illustrious characters like her ancestor: The Marshal Deodoro da Fonseca, first President of the Brazil Republic; her grand-mother Solange de Fonseca, painter and fashion -designer from Coco Channel: a very famous father, Douta Seck (international Actor of cinema and theater), from Senegal, with creations for theater in Paris like: (The Tragedy of the King Christopher) ect? and so many movies as : « The Comedians », with R.Burton and Liz Taylor, « Rues Cases Nègres », « Amok », « Pètanki », « The Mahabharata » of Peter Brooks, Productions Walt Disney?ect..
Her mother Marie-Louise Vidal de Fonseca is a writer at the Robert Laffont’s Editions, also Radio and TV Producer. She writes even Negro-Spirituals and musical comedies, for John William, John Littleton and so many others?

ACTIVITY:

1960: her first step on a stage is at 5 years old, in the Parisian Theaters with broadcast and television parts in her mother?s transmissions;

1970: she recites poetries and sing in her mother’s shows, where Michael Jackson and his brothers are performing, as the « The Jackson Five », with also Henri Salvador, Moune de Rivel, Gilles Sala, Bob Gomis, Matt Samba ect?

1972: she starts a French Tour, with her band of Folk Song composed of 8 elements, interpreting the Joan Baez and Bob Dylan’s repertories: meanwhile she learns how to play guitar and piano:

1973: she’s taking a lyric formation as singer and studies Dance at the Academy of Victor Upshaw for many years, till becoming a Jazz-Choreographer; subsequently she is working in Recording Studios with: Manu Di Bango, David Alexandre Winter (Oh Lady Mary ECT…)
She participates, as Ballerina to the telecasts Cadet Roussel, conducted by Guy Lux: She sings in a Jazz club of the American Legion, accompanied by the very known Pianist Bob Vatel: Then a tour of 3 months in Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, with the singer Bonga from Angola, as singer, dancer and performs with many Artists from the Afro-Brazilian Music.

1975; she receives that year from her Singing Teacher Academy, Renée Darcoeur, from the Opera of Paris, a Lyric Award, to encourage her young carrier.
She creates a new Group « Chocolat’s) with 6 dancers, after having prepared a single called « Brasilia Carnaval », (success of the Ring- Parade TV. Show, for 2 years); the El Bimbo, Ritmo Tropical, La Bamba, La Madrugada (47 million records).
She studies French and English Literature, (lover of Shakespeare and Bernard Shaw) and her passion is still now to learn languages like:
English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, Lingala, Swahili and Wolof?.

1976: she forms the Group « Hot Sauce » and records, as lead vocal, inside of 3 LP: (« That’s the way, Get up and Boogie, Fly Robin Fly »), adding 2 singles; « Conga Conga and Voodoo Dance », (39 million records): She creates a duet with Mort Shumman(Allo, Papa Charlie Tango!).

1977: she has the idea to put 3 vocalists together: « Hurricane Fifi » with René Parker, Christ Bale, and Managed by; « KATIA PROMOTION » with Jean-Paul Laleu: an LP for the R.C.A. Records, taking the name « Cheero » is titled: « Stop that man » (4million records). She starts a tour in Spain (Barcelona, Madrid, Toledo, Benidorm, Alicante, and Burgos).

1978: African Tour, in Zaire (KINSHASA), as choreographer of Abeti MASIKINI. She is a Guest Star Singer in few sessions with; Abeti Masikini, Bonga, Claude François, John William, Kemayo, MANU Dibango, Cerrone(Love in C minor, Super nature), Cyril Reginald, (Bobino theatre), Eddy John; Francis Bebey, David Martial, Gerard La Viny, Gordon Henderson, Demis Roussos, Venance Nisas, (Carpentier’s TV Show).

1979: Jean-Claude Ako, new producer of the Baby Records of Milan, co-edits the LP « Difference » with the hit called « High fly)
LP with Polydor Records, « VOYAGE » with the great composer Slim PEZIN, titled « From East to West » (121 platinum records); she come in Italy for the first time, performing at the R.A.I. Turin, invited at the Sandra Mondaini Show.

1980: African tour in Zaire in TV Shows, Theatres and the « 20 may Stadium » (Kinshasa), with an audience of 60 000 persons. Then a tour in Europe, in Holland, Belgium, Germany, recording in the Donna Summer’s studios, with the Boney M., some hits of the Disco Music industry?.

1981: An Album of Reggae music composed and produced by her husband King Joe Bale. All the songs are illustrating the Ennio Morricone?s Movie called « Forte, forte »:
New International Tour for six months, as « Guest Star » of the « FAMOUS PLATTERS » Show, in 17 African countries like; Centre Africa, Cameroon, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Zaire, Guinea, Morocco, Thad, Mozambique, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Mali, Mauritania, Algeria, Tunisia, with a band of 20 elements: invited to perform at the President El Hadj Omar Bongo’s Presidency’s Palace, in Libreville(Gabon), and the same situation in Guinea called by the President Sekou Touré, singing also in various Stadiums: she represents the Senegal at the first « Africavision », in Libreville, having Manu Dibango as Chief Orchestra, winning the 2nd premium?
She will have the chance to meet her father the Great Actor Douta SECK on the Set of « Amok » by Ben Barka, working also with Miriam Makeba.

1982: Guest Star of « The Winter Circus of Paris », in company of Ophelia and Gordon Henderson, then 10 days at the « Mutuality Theatre » of Paris. She is invited to sing in the Theatres of Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfort, and Köln!
Return in PARIS participating to the Collaro’s TV Show:
At the end of that year, she gives birth to her second child KELLY-JOYCE, taking the great JAZZ Singer Karen BRAITHWAITE-YARN (Singer of the Platters), as Godmother of her baby.

1983: she’s back on stage for some video-clips, TV Shows, Radios interviews, noticed in 25 countries and organized by Jean-Claude Courrent.

1984: a new Single comes out with Carrere Music/HPH RECORDS of Michel Hoky, titled « Smile », realised in USA, UK (Paul Mac Cartney’s company called the Odyssey Studios).
Festival of Antibes in France, Cannes, Palm- Beach of Monte-Carlo, Luxemburg, Belgium, Avignon, Aix en Provence, Montpellier Casino; Deauville Festival, Toulouse, and the Castles of France:

From 1974 to 1985, she is « Guest of Honour » at the M.I.D.E.M. Festival in CANNES.

1985: a double LP with Youssou N’DOUR called « NELSON MANDELA »
A double LP with Alpha Blondie (Brigadier Savary, Apartheid is Nazism, ect?.)
One month on stage with her sister Laurence Darpy with the Alpha BLONDIE Show at the Zenith (Paris) singing with the Bob Marley’s musicians « the Wailers ».

1986: various tours and shows in the all EUROPE: Spain, Holland, Belgium, UK, Luxemburg, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, and the Stadiums of France.

1987: she interrupts voluntarily her career for 6 years.

1993: she gives birth to her second passion, her daughter, KAIGé-JEAN.

1994: she writes with her husband, and Nando Guerra, a project for her daughter Kelly-Joyce titled « Codenda Monie » who is only 12 tears old. It will be published in Italy, with success.

1995: returns with « MIDNIGHT LOVER » Single for the Acquafan:

1996: for the Dance-Music, « Lesson of Love » with M.B.G Production.

1997- 1999: new contract with the Promo-Music, and the composer, Nando Guerra « JKW Records »
With a Single « Check it out » (Dig it Distribution)
1 Album titled « All 4 Love », with her own personal songs!
« Café Montparnasse, All 4 Love, Finally Free (3 versions), Wild Cay; Touch me again, Keep on, Ayo Ayo, Yoo hoo, Run run run, Kindness ». She becomes, with this new creation, member of the « Society of the Gens de lettres de France ».

1999: end of the year, she decides to settle in England with her 2 daughters, to make them study?

2000: coming back in Italy, she prepares a recording project for Kelly -Joyce, who will start her career with the famous « Vivre la Vie », written by Paul Manners, D.de Benedettis and Emmanuelle for the lyrics, at the Universal Music Italy. That enormous success makes them stay in Italy to realise the new CD of « KELLY-JOYCE ». She signs a new contract for 5 years with the « BLUE APPLE PRODUCTION » of MARIO SECCHI.

2001: Comes out the new CD OF « Kelly-Joyce », with the Falcon Valley’s Studios, and September records at the Universal Music International, where she writes the lyrics, with the Composers Paul Manners, and Ennio Rastelli, including: Au loin de toi, Toits de Paris, Cherchez la femme, Doudou mwin, Avec L’amour, Monde Noir, The Tree, Vivre la Vie ECT? Meanwhile, she prepares a CD with12 songs; a mix of Latin- disco- music, with funk bossa-nova and lyric.

2002-2003: this original LP is written with Italian arrangers and composers like;
Ennio RASTELLI, G. ZANCA, ALESSANDRO SECCHI E SALVATORE NASEDDU! Produced by A.Secchi, S. Naseddu, and Mario Secchi « Blue Apple Production »?..
Many original songs like: « Medley 70’s, El Nuevo Cha cha cha, Se tu eres, You and me You need Love, Day by Day, Parapapa, Mi carino, Femme du Sahel, Fly?.In the summer 2002, Bobo Vieri chooses her song « You and me » to insert inside of his compilation for the Melodica Records.

2004: she takes a year to dedicate to Kelly-Joyce, writing with a new team of musicians; Gian-Maria Flores and Lorenzo Sebastiani, different songs in a CD, titled « CHOCOLAT », with the Rolando d’Angeli’s Production(MUSIC SHOW) of Rome; distributed by the Universal Music International.
2005 : a new Hit, with a video-clip, « C’est l’Amour qui vient », is written by Emmanuelle, with the composers; Ennio Rastelli, Christian Piccinelli , Lorenzo Sebastiani.
She is writing 2 Musical Comedies with her mother, Marie-Louise Vidal de Fonseca?..
A new fusion is born with Ombretta Farolfi and they created the Artistic Agency: »El Cobra-Promotion/Venus Management », taking as emblem, the name of « El Cobra Velho » her ancestor, Corsair of the Queen Isabelle of Spain?.Look at the Site;

2005: Spring is a revelation, with a travel in Senegal, with the purpose to go back to her roots, get close to her family, and meet Mrs. N’Daiye N’Diop, Minister of Culture and her Chief of Cabinet,Mr. Mor FALL.
