Stephen Ocen was born on September 15th, 1994 in Gulu Municipality. Always having had dreams of being an actor, he believes the IMANI production has "changed his life". His other hobbies include playing football and watching movies. The IMANI production (2010) is his first ever. He plays "Olwenyi".
