Mohamed El Khalfi est un acteur marocain né à Casablanca le 2 mars 1937.
Il a joué différents rôles sur scène et participé à de nombreuses rencontres et spectacles artistiques et théâtraux. Grâce à son style particulier et à son jeu sincère, il a gagné l’amour du public, qui a appris à bien le connaître, notamment à travers le rôle du commissaire ou du policier qu’il a joué dans plusieurs de ses oeuvres.
La première rencontre de Mohamed El Khalfi avec le théâtre remonte à 1957 dans le théâtre amateur avec Taieb Siddiqui, Ahmed Taieb Laalaj
et d›autres, après quoi il a commencé sa carrière professionnelle avec des noms connus dans le domaine théâtral.
En 1959, Mohamed El Khalfi fonde la troupe « Théâtre populaire », puis la troupe « Les artistes unis », qui présente sept pièces, dont la première est « La famille cultivée », dans laquelle l’actrice Touria Jabrane joue le rôle principal.
Mohamed El Khalfi a également été l’un des premiers à rejoindre la télévision dès son lancement au Maroc en 1962, où il a présenté la première série télévisée intitulée « Sacrifice », suivie de « Le vendeur de pain ».
Parmi les oeuvres notables de sitcoms, pièces de théâtre, téléfilms et films de cinéma auxquels Mohamed El Khalfi a participé, on peut citer La pièce »’La fausse presse/ Assahafa Almouzawara », « Le silence est interdit » (1973) de Abdallah Mesbahi, « Le feu vert » (1976) de Abdallah Mesbahi, « Dilemme/ Alwarta » (1984) de Mustapha El Khayat, la série de Bouazza El Hakim, « Aouchtam » (1997), la sitcom de ‘’Lalla Fatima’, « Ici et ailleurs » de Mohamed Ismail, le film « La vie est belle » (2005) d’Abdallah Mesbahi. « (2005), Le Témoin /Acchahida (2005) d›Ibrahim Idrissi El Hassani, Sitcom ‘’Les soeurs/Lakhwattate, Molouk El Taifa, Sitcom Nid de filles, Labrigade, ‘’La cinquième corde /Alwatar Alkhamiss » (2011) de Salma Bergache, et Le Sang des Trahis : Addam Almaghdour (2022) d’Adel Fadili.
En 2024, l’acteur Mohamed El Khalfi se trouve actuellement dans une situation difficile, sa santé’›étant détériorée en raison de son âge
avancé, ce qui l’empêche de travailler et le tient à l’écart des projecteurs ces dernières années.

Born on March 2, 1937, in Casablanca, Mohamed El Khalfi is a distinguished Moroccan actor. Renowned for his versatile performances on stage and active involvement in numerous artistic and theatrical endeavors, he has garnered immense adoration from audiences. His authentic acting style has particularly endeared him to viewers, who have grown familiar with him, notably through his portrayal of commissioner or policeman roles in various productions.
Mohamed El Khalfi’s first encounter with theater dates back to 1957 in
amateur theater with Taieb Siddiqui, Ahmed Taieb Laalaj, and others. That
was the beginning of his professional career with well-known names in
the theatrical field. In 1959, Mohamed El Khalfi founded the « Popular
Theater » troupe, and later the « United Artists » troupe, which presented
seven plays, including the first one titled « The Cultivated Family, » in which
the actress Touria Jabrane played the lead role.

Mohamed El Khalfi was also one of the first to join television upon its launch in Morocco in 1962, where he presented the first television series titled « Sacrifice, » followed by « The Bread Seller. »

Currently in 2024, Si Mohamed El Khalfi faces challenges due to declining health owing to his advanced age. This situation hinders his ability to work and keeps him out of the spotlight in recent times.
