Vinciane a huit ans quand elle décide qu’elle fera du cinéma quand elle sera grande. Actrice, réalisatrice, qu’importe, tant qu’il y a une caméra dans un coin et des projos dans l’autre. Pour mettre le plus de chances de son côté, elle s’inscrit à tous les cours de théâtre qu’elle peut trouver, se débrouille pour être de tous les spectacles de ses colonies de vacances, épluche les rares annonces de casting de la Région PACA et s’inscrit au club vidéo de son collège.
À 14 ans, elle participe à un premier court métrage vidéo et, impressionnée par l’expérience, s’essaye pour la première fois à l’écriture de scénario. L’inspiration la touche et la voilà qui accumule les classeurs d’histoires dramatiques, secouées par mille rebondissements et peuplées de bien trop de personnages.
Son bac en poche, Vinciane monte à Paris poursuivre ses études de cinéma, d’abord avec un DEUST Communication audiovisuelle qui lui permet de réaliser un court métrage d’études et de participer au tournage d’un court métrage, Enfances Perdues. C’est à ce moment-là qu’elle prend conscience qu’être réalisatrice ne la tente pas plus que ça, mais en revanche, l’écriture la passionne de plus belle. Elle décide alors de poursuivre ses études en ajoutant à son cursus une Licence puis une Maîtrise en Arts du Spectacle. Elle développe son premier projet de série Over the Rainbow avec Carole Milleliri, avant de s’atteler, toujours avec Carole, à l’écriture d’un premier long métrage, Céphyse.
L’écriture de ces deux projets lui permet d’intégrer le Master Professionnel « Scénario et écritures audiovisuelles » de l’université Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense, dont elle sort en septembre 2010 avec La Forêt de papier, une continuité dialoguée de long métrage fantastique récompensée d’une mention Très Bien par un jury de professionnels.
Depuis, elle continue d’écrire : elle a quatre projets de séries télévisées en prospection, un projet de web-série en développement chez Trajectoire Films et quatre projets de court-métrage à différents stades de développement, dont l’un, Not Close Enough de Chris Schepard, en post-production. Son projet, La galette des rois, est en production chez Aloha Entertainment.

When Vinciane was eight years old, she vowed to work in the movie business when she’d grow up. To do what? At that time, she didn’t know and didn’t really mind. Since she loved to play, she thought she could be an actress, but being behind the camera was fun too. So, she tried anything she could to get closer to her goal: she went to any acting classes she could find, looked for any casting ads in the southeast region of France and joined the Video Production club at her middle school.
She worked on the set of a short film when she was fourteen and, impressed by the experience, tried her hands at screenwriting. Inspiration striked and there she was, filling notebooks with lots of twisted drama and colorful characters.
Freshly out of high school, Vinciane went to Paris to pursue her cinema studies. She first validated a bachelor in audiovisual communication, which allowed her to direct a short film and to join the shooting of another, Enfances Perdues (Lost Childhood). Then, she noticed that directing didn’t appeal to her that much, but, now more than never, writing did. While adding to her curriculum a bachelor and a master in Performing Arts, she wrote her first series bible, Over the Rainbow, with a co-writer Carole Milleliri, and then, still with Carole, wrote the script of a romantic comedy, Cephyse.
These screenplays allowed her to join a professional master in screenwriting. In September 2010, she graduated magna cum laude, her screenplay La Forêt de papier (The Paper Forest) being awarded a special prize.
Since then, she divides her time between writing new screenplays and synopsis, and prospecting for finished projects. Currently, she has written 4 series bibles with two different co-writers, a web series, and has 4 short films at various stages of development, some with Aloha Entertainment, including King Cake.
