Phally Ngoeum

Réalisatrice et scénariste cambodgienne.

Phally Ngoeum, 26 ans, a commencé à travailler au Centre Bophana en tant que coscénariste et assistante réalisatrice de The Storm Makers fin 2011, après avoir terminé sa Licence en gestion des médias. En 2014, elle rejoint la formation professionnelle d’un an pour les futurs réalisateurs organisée par le Centre Bophana. Elle s’intéresse particulièrement à la difficile condition des femmes au Cambodge et à leur combat pour l’émancipation. En mars 2016, Phally est allée en Suisse, avec d’autres jeunes réalisateurs du Centre Bophana qui ont également réalisé des films dans le cadre de One dollar [2016, webdoc], pour un programme d’échange entre des étudiants en cinéma du Cambodge et de la Suisse.

Phally Ngoeum, 26 years old, started working at Bophana Center as co-writer and assistant director of The Storm Makersin the late 2011 after completing her bachelor’s degree in Media Management. In 2014, she joined the Center’s one- year training program for future filmmakers.
