Camila Beltrán est une réalisatrice, vidéaste et scénariste.

Née à Bogotá en 1984, Camila est d’abord remarquée pour son travail de vidéaste et pour ses films expérimentaux comme « Le Soleil Brille » (2007), « La Mala Hija » (2010). Elle quitte ensuite son pays et intègre l’école supérieure d’Arts de Paris-Cergy. Son premier court métrage de fiction, « Pedro Malheur » (2013) obtient la mention spéciale du Jury au festival de Clermont-Ferrand en 2014. « John Marr » (2016), son deuxième film court, est financé, produit et réalisé par elle-même.

Camila est d’abord remarquée pour son travail de vidéaste : ses films expérimentaux comme « La fiesta » (2006), « Le soleil brille » (2007), « La mala hija » (2010) sont sélectionnés dans les festivals alternatifs sud-américains.
Elle quitte son pays et intègre l’école supérieure d’Arts de Paris-Cergy. A la fin de ses études, elle part à Tijuana pour réaliser son premier court métrage de fiction, « Pedro malheur », qui obtient la mention spéciale du Jury au festival de Clermont-Ferrand en 2014, et participe à plusieurs festivals européens. Son dernier court, « Pacífico oscuro », est sélectionné au Festival de Locarno 2020. « Mi bestia » (2024), son 1er long-métrage, est inspiré des souvenirs de la Colombie des années 90.

Colombian Filmmaker.

Born in Bogotá in 1984, Camila was first noticed for her work as a video maker and for her experimental films such as « Le Soleil Brille » (2007), « La Mala Hija » (2010). She then left her country and joined the Ecole Supérieure d’Arts de Paris-Cergy. Her first short fiction film, « Pedro Malheur » (2013) won a special mention from the Jury at the Clermont-Ferrand festival in 2014. « John Marr » (2016), her second short film, is financed, produced and directed by her.


Camila first came to prominence for her work as a video artist: her experimental films such as « La fiesta » (2006), « Le soleil brille » (2007) and « La mala hija » (2010) were selected at alternative South American festivals.

She left Colombia to study at the Paris-Cergy School of the Arts. On completing her studies, she moved to Tijuana to make her first short fiction film, « Pedro malheur », which won a special mention from the Jury at the Clermont-Ferrand festival in 2014 and was shown at several European festivals. Her latest short, « Pacífico oscuro », was selected for the Locarno Film Festival 2020. « Mi bestia » (2024), her first feature film, is inspired by memories of Colombia in the 1990s.

كاميلا بلتران

لفتت كاميلا الانتباه أولاً من خلال عملها كمصورة فيديو: أفلامها التجريبية مثل « لا فيستا » (2006)، « الشمس تشرق » (2007)، « لا مالا هيخا » (2010) تم اختيارهم في المهرجانات البديلة بأمريكا الجنوبية.

التحقت بالمدرسة العليا للفنون في باريس-سيرجي. انتقلت بعد دراستها إلى تيخوانا لإخراج أول فيلم قصير خيالي لها، « بيدرو مالور »، الذي حصل على تنويه خاص من لجنة التحكيم في مهرجان كليرمون فيران سنة 2014، وشارك في عدة مهرجانات أوروبية. تم اختيار فيلمها القصير الأخير، « باسيفيكو أوسكورو »، في مهرجان لوكارنو 2020. فيلمها الطويل الأول، « مي بيستيا »، مستوحى من ذكريات كولومبيا في التسعينيات.
