Cinéaste autodidacte, il partage son temps entre la réalisation filmique, la recherche et la production musicale. Ses recherches portent sur les différentes catégories musicales des villes congolaises et ce, dans leur rapport avec la vie quotidienne.
Il travaillera au projet portant sur l’esthétique et contribuera aux axes problématiques de la catégorisation et de la transmission des patrimoines musicaux. Il développe également les outils analytiques et méthodologiques, notamment dans le domaine de l’anthropologie visuelle.

A self-taught filmmaker, he divides his time between filmmaking, research and music production. His research focuses on the different musical categories of Congolese cities in their relationship to everyday life.
He will work on the project dealing with aesthetics and will contribute to the problematic axes of the categorisation and transmission of musical heritage. He will also develop analytical and methodological tools, particularly in the field of visual anthropology.
