Zaven NAJJAR dessine des images et réalise des films d’animation avec des couleurs vives et des formes franches.
Zaven NAJJAR est un réalisateur et directeur artistique français. Il s’illustre sur le web par la série d’illustration Rapposters en 2013, déclinée en collections de vêtements avec la marque Quatre Cent Quinze, distribuée chez Colette, au Miami Art Basel ou dans les magasins Citadium.
ALLAH N’EST PAS OBLIGÉ (2021) est son premier long métrage d’animation.
À l’été 2015 il sort son premier court métrage d’animation, « Un Obus Partout », plusieurs fois primé en festival, produit par Caïmans Productions avec Arte et une nouvelle série d’illustrations, les Pharapops en collaboration avec les magasins Citadium.
En 2016, il réalise le générique de début en animation du film « Demain tout commence », un film d’Hugo Gélin, avec Omar Sy et Clémence Poésy.
Zaven Najjar a étudié l’animation aux Arts Déco de Paris puis le cinéma à la School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Après ses études, il construit une carrière de réalisateur de films de pub, graphiste et illustrateur, notamment pour l’Institut du monde arabe, le Grand Palais, le Cinema Paradiso, Arte, Canal+ ou IWC Schaffhausen, Baume & Mercier ou Roger Dubuis.

Zaven NAJJAR is a french animation director and illustrator.
In 2013, He created the famous illustrations series, Rapposters, that became a clothing line developed with the brand Quatre Cent Quinze that were sold at Colette in Paris and for the Miami Art Basel or at Citadium in France and many places around the world.
ALLAH IS NOT OBLIGED (2021) is his first animated feature.
