Marloes Janson

Marloes Janson a obtenu son Ph.D. en anthropologie à l'université de Leiden, en 2002, avec sa thèse "The Best Hand is the Hand that Always Gives. Griottes and Their Profession in Eastern Gambia". Elle est actuellement associée, en tant que "post-doc research fellow", à l'International Institute for the Study of Islam in the Modern World (ISIM) à Leiden. Ses travaux de recherches portent sur les griots musulmans (finoos) en Gambie
