Karim, un malfrat qui a dénoncé ses complices, quitte la ville par peur des représailles.
Lotfi, un honnête citoyen, rentrant plus tard que prévu d’une soirée bien arrosée, se retrouve à marcher dans la rue juste derrière Karim. Se croyant filé, ce dernier s’apprête à sortir son couteau pour l’attaquer.

Karim, a gangster who has turned his friends on, leaves the town for fear of reprisals. Lotfi, a honest citizen, getting back drunken from a late party, happens to be walking in the street, just behind Karim. Thinking he is being spinned, the latter is about to take his knife out to attack him.
