Ce film documentaire, un carnet de route tourné au Liban pendant et après la guerre de l’été 2006, est dédié à la mémoire de Joseph Samaha, éditorialiste libanais. Le réalisateur, arrivé à Beyrouth avec une délégation internationale de solidarité, rejoint ses amis journalistes libanais qui vont lancer un nouveau journal, « Al Akhbar » (Les Nouvelles), pendant le siège israélien du pays. Après le cessez-le-feu, il descend avec eux dans le sud du Liban pour une enquête sur les millions de bombes à sous-munitions larguées par Israël pendant les derniers jours de la guerre… « Après la guerre, c’est
toujours la guerre… ».

This travel diary, shot in Lebanon during and after the 33 days’ war of summer 2006, is dedicated to the memory of Joseph Samaha, a Lebanese editorial writer. Travelling to Beirut with an international delegation for solidarity, the director joins his Lebanese journalist friends who are about to launch a new newspaper, Al Akhbar (The News) during the Israeli occupation of the country. After the ceasefire, he goes with them to the South for an enquiry into the cluster bombs that Israel dropped during the last days of the war. « After the war, there is still war… »
