Marion Glaser was born in Karlsruhe/Germany and grew up in a french-german family.
During her studies of landscape architectur she jobbed on several documentaries as a researcher and assistant director. She worked with the french directors Serge Moati, Ruth Sylberman, Jean-Louis Comolli and german directors Sebastian Winkels and Jürgen Stumpfhaus.
She was involved in the project freedom2speak.net as assistant director and unit manager.
Currently she is a researcher for the docu-series "The culinary adventures of Sarah Wiener" for Arte by zero one film in Berlin.
