FRASER JAMES BIO
Naturally husky, velvety smooth Londoner, born in Camden Town with Caribbean heritage. He’s been acting for years.
Recent ads include; for radio – Metropolitan Police, Thomas Cook, AA, Money Gram, Drugs and Malibu, Vodafone, All Sport. for TV – Foster Parenting and Voter Awareness… Central Office of Information and Heinz Salad Cream « Pizza Slice » for which he won a best performance by an actor finalist nomination at the British Television Advertising Craft Awards 2000. You may also recognise Fraser as one of the gang in the Doritos Friendchip Ads and the current Nationwide ads for car insurance.
Promos include; BBC – « Rush Hour », « Entrapment », Ian Wright « Surviving the Kalahari » and « New Tricks », Talksport – Award winning DAB Digital Radio.
Fraser or Frase as his friends call him trained at The Guildhall School of Music & Drama. He has appeared in numerous television series in the ten years since leaving drama school, including; « Babyfather », « Judge John Deed », « Broker’s Man », « Office Gossip », « Prime Suspect II », « Black and Blue », « Frank Stubbs Promotes », « Faith », « The Healer », « Rules of Engagement », « The Guardians », « The Affair », « Drop The Dead Donkey », « Life After Birth », « In Exile », « Holby City », « The Armando Iannoucci Show », « Second Sight » and most recently « Love Lies Bleeding ».
Theatre includes; « A Jamaican Airman Foresees his Death » and « King Lear » (Royal Court), « Chimps » (Hampstead). An international tour with the Out of Joint Company performing « Our Country’s Good », « The Winter’s Tale » (Southwark Playhouse) playing « Leontes » to much acclaim and most recently « The President of an Empty Room » at the Cottesloe (Royal National Theatre).



For all those who already know me this is the real Fraser James, and for those who first time meet me here, just let you know I’m an actor born in the UK, raised in the Camdem area. I’ve been in the industrie for a good while now, working as an actor in many productions: TV, Film, radio and appeared on stage on clasical roles… At the moment I’m working in various projects.
