Dara KELL est réalisatrice, productrice et monteuse sud-africaine.

She is a South African filmmaker and editor whose editing work includes the Academy Award-nominated Jesus Camp (2006) and Power and Control: Domestic Violence in America (2009).
Dara Kell – Co-Director / Producer / Editor – is a South African filmmaker and editor, and is the recipient of Participant Media’s ?Outstanding Filmmaker’ award, representing Africa. Her editing credits include’The Reckoning’, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2009 and was broadcast on P.O.V., the Academy Award-nominated’Jesus Camp’,’Courting Justice’ and’Mercurial Son: The Blues of Lurrie Bell’. She was a field producer in South Africa for Amnesty International’s’Human Rights, Human Needs’, and facilitates filmmaking workshops with grassroots organizations to empower communities to tell their own stories.

New-York born filmmaker and editor CHRISTOPHER NIZZA’s award-winning work includes Hollywood DC and Iditarod.

Dara Kell and Christopher Nizza are co-recipients of Participant Media’s Outstanding Filmmaker award for their début documentary feature DEAR MANDELA (2011) premiered and Winner of Best South African Documentary Award at the Durban International Film Festival in July 2011.
