Ahmed « Krikèche » Kadri (Krikèche)

Ahmed Kadri, connu sous le nom de scène de "Krikèche", est un comédien, humoriste et auteur algérien. Bien qu'il soit ne le 18 decembre 1934 à La Casbah d'Alger, il passe son enfance a Tizi-Ouzou, d'ou sont natifs ses parents et grands-parents.

Ahmed "Krikèche" Kadri a d’abord exercé plusieurs métiers, vendeur de cigarettes à la sauvette, cafetier, agent d’administration à la préfecture d’Alger, infirmier dans un hôpital, etc. Faire rire, il a ça dans le sang. Même lorsqu’il travaillait à l’hôpital, en tant qu’infirmier, il ne pouvait pas s’empêcher de faire des farces, jusques et compris dans la morgue, se faisant passer pour un mort enveloppé dans son suaire. En 1957 le jeune Ahmed, alors âgé de seulement 22 ans, est alors infirmier dans un hôpital. malgré le besoin de personnel soignants, les autorités coloniales ne voulaient pas de personnel algérien. Quand son renvoi lui fut signifiée, il fit entrée dans le monde artistique au Conservatoire d’Alger. Son initiation à la comédie se fera avec les meilleurs maîtres du théâtre algérien d'alors, à commencer par Mahieddine Bachtarzi puis Djelloul Bachdjerrah, Mustapha Kazdarli, Allel El Mouhoub et Mohamed Touri. Ahmed "Krikèche" Kadri comprend vite q'il doit allier la forme et le fond, il persévère dans les études et les apprenstissages. En 1959, il a créé sa première troupe, Nedjmet Es-Sabah, qui regroupait une quarantaine d'interprètes. Son premier sketch, Docteur Krikeche, a été diffusé en 1960 à la télévision, en 1962, il sillonne le sud algérien avec son personnage "Krikèche". Pour la troupe Nedjmet Es-Sabah, Krikèche a écrit, jusqu'en 1967, 26 pièces d'une durée de vingt minutes à deux heures, dont des tragédies comme "El Mal Iferreq" ou "El Ikhwane".

Après l’indépendance de l'Algérie, en 1962, "Krikèche" sera prolifique, et ce tant en matière de sketchs pour enfants qu'au cinéma et au théâtre, dans des rôles extravertis et drôles. En 1968, c'est la rencontre avec l'artiste Kaci Tizi Ouzou avec lequel ils forment un duo détonant au théâtre et à la télévision "Kaci et Krikeche", inspiré du duo cinéma américain Laurel et Hardy et de l’Egyptien Ismail Yassine et Abdessalem Alnaboulssi.

En 2015, la maison de la culture Mouloud-Mammeri de Tizi Ouzou dans le cadre du Festival culturel “Lire En Fête”, lui rend hommage en sa présence et celle de nombreux invités, réalisateurs, amis etc. avec lesquels Ahmed "Krikèche" Kadri a collaboré durant sa longue carrière artistique.

Ahmed Kadri, known by the stage name "Krikèche", is an Algerian actor, humorist and author. Although he was born on December 18, 1934 in La Casbah of Algiers, he spent his childhood in Tizi-Ouzou, where his parents and grandparents were from.

His introduction to comedy will be with the best masters of Algerian theater of the time, starting with Mahieddine Bachtarzi then Djelloul Bachdjerrah, Mustapha Kazdarli, Allel El Mouhoub and Mohamed Touri. Ahmed "Krikèche" Kadri quickly understands that he must combine form and substance, he perseveres in his studies and learning. In 1959, he created his first troupe, Nedjmet Es-Sabah, which brought together around forty performers. His first sketch, Docteur Krikeche, was broadcast on television in 1960; in 1962, he traveled across southern Algeria with his character "Krikèche". For the Nedjmet Es-Sabah troupe, Krikèche wrote, until 1967, 26 plays lasting from twenty minutes to two hours, including tragedies like "El Mal Iferreq" or "El Ikhwane".

After Algeria's independence in 1962, "Krikèche" was prolific, both in sketches for children and in cinema and theater, in extroverted and funny roles. In 1968, it was the meeting with the artist Kaci Tizi Ouzou with whom they formed an explosive duo in theater and on television "Kaci et Krikeche", inspired by the American cinema duo Laurel and Hardy and the Egyptian Ismail Yassine and Abdessalem Alnaboulssi.

In 2015, the Mouloud-Mammeri cultural center in Tizi Ouzou, as part of the “Lire En Fête” cultural festival, paid tribute to him in his presence and that of numerous guests, directors, friends, etc. with whom Ahmed "Krikèche" Kadri collaborated during his long artistic career.
