Rania’s Dream
The documentary portrays the Egyptian puppeteer and activist Rania Refaat. With her theater group « Pergola » she is making a courageous contribution to strengthening women’s rights and expanding social awareness of oppression and abuse of power. RANIA’S DREAM is the portrait of a strong woman who swims against the tide in politically charged times and risks a lot in the process.
