مدير الإنتاج، مخرج، مؤطر في السمعي البصري والسينما، ونفسه عمل مع كبار المخرجين والمنتجين مثل مارتن سكورسيزي، والسير ريدلي سكوت وأوليفر ستون. هشام رݣراݣي أخرج أربعة أفلام قصيرة وأيضا فيلمه الروائي الأول "قرعة دمريكان" سنة 2022. حازت أفلامه على العديد من الجوائز في مهرجانات وطنية وعالمية
