Festival ACP
1e édition – le Groupe des Etats d’Afrique, des Caraïbes et du Pacifique (ACP) organise un festival culturel qui déclinera une variété de créations et productions des 79 Etats qui le composent.

Le festival sera précédé de la 2ème réunion des ministres ACP de la Culture, le 13 octobre 2006.

Activités du 1er Festival ACP

Pour la première fois, du 14 au 21 octobre 2006, seront présentées dans une seule manifestation différentes composantes des industries culturelles des Etats ACP :

Professional Meetings Plaza de la Cultura, 16-20 October

The professional meetings will allow the cultural operators of the ACP countries to meet throughout the Festival. These meetings will also provide a space for the Festival’s different partners to assess their action priorities, while enabling the different professional networks and artists operating in the ACP countries or for the ACP countries to do the same.
– 2 plenary sessions (16 October and 19 October)
– 1 theme per day
Sessions will be organized based around several workshops:
16th October: Opening plenary: ACP Festivals, cultural events; Cultural Industries and ACP development
17th October: Thematic and geographic networks
18th October: ACP audiovisual and NIT
19th October: ACP Regional Integration and Cultural Diversity; Conclusion plenary session
20th October: Open space, for cultural operators and institutional partners to present projects and programmes
