Au cours de manifestations, Bah et Batrou, deux étudiants refusant l’ordre établi, sont arrêtés. Ils découvrent l’emprisonnement, la souffrance physique, l’humiliation. Une épreuve qui, loin de les affaiblir, les rapproche et leur donne la force de résister.

Two Malian teenagers Bah and Batrou are, from different backgrounds meet at secondary school. Bah is the descendant of a great tribal chieftain. Batrou’s father a provincial military governor represents the new ruling power. The two teenagers are part of a new generation that rejects the established order and challenges the society in which they live.
